Return & Cancellation Policy



CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE PRIOR TO RETURN(S) TO RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE
To make sure we are able to track and refund your returned item(s), please contact Customer Service at 855-326-1490 to receive a Return Authorization Code. Failure to do so may result in delay in processing and refunding of returned item(s).

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with our moving boxes or moving supplies, you can return them within 14 days from your delivery arrival date for a full and complete refund.

  • No partial returns are accepted;
  • Items must be in their original packaging;
  • You will need to arrange for, and pay for, return shipping;
  • In the unlikely event of receiving incorrect or defective product, you will be sent a prepaid Return Shipping Label; and
  • Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited once the package is received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so before 3pm on the day of placing your order, Monday through Friday (Except Holidays). Please call Customer Service at 855-326-1490 to do so. Weekend cancellations can be made via email at Order Cancellation. Please note that if you Cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a Return To Vendor equal to 15% of the order and $25 per package. Refund excludes handling fee.

  • Additional fees will apply if order is cancelled once item(s) have left our warehouse.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. Customer Service is available at Address Correction.

  • Please note that if you have an address correction after your order after has shipped, you will be charged a Address Correction Fee of $15 per package.

UPS or USPS Delays
We are not responsible for UPS or USPS weather or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to delays in shipping. We try to be as prompt & give the best approximate shipping days when asked. Refusal of item(s) will incur all applicable fees upon receipt back at our facility.

Delivery Refusal or Return Pick Up & Return
If you refuse delivery of your order or request a Return To Vendor, you will be charged a Delivery Refusal / Return To Vendor charge equal to 15% of the order plus a $25 per shipment return charge to cover the cost that we are charged by UPS. Refund excludes handling fee.

Items(s) shipped via USPS will be charged a Delivery Refusal / Return To Vendor charge equal to 15% of the order plus a $10 per shipment return charge to cover the cost that we are charged by USPS. Refund excludes handling fee.
